The 30-Night Fit Promise

We want you to actually wear it. So:

Wrong size? Mail it back unworn with the tags attached within 30 days of delivery and we'll send the right size free — it ships the day yours is scanned in. You cover the return postage; we cover the new dress and shipping to you.

Not for you? Send it back within 30 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed, tags attached — and we refund the full price of the dress as soon as it arrives.

Arrived damaged or not what you ordered? Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it free. Nothing to send back.

How to start a return or swap

Email support@sitsoftly.com with your order number and whether you want a swap (tell us the size) or a refund. We reply within one business day with the US return address. Refunds go back to your original payment method and land in 3–5 business days after we receive the dress.

Not covered

Dresses that have been worn or washed, missing tags, returns sent after 30 days from delivery, and return postage.

Cancellations

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Email us before it ships and we cancel and refund it in full.
